Friday–Tuesday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Thursday–Monday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

As a Fraud Agent at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding our platform and ensuring our customers experience world-class service every step of the way. You’ll serve as the frontline defense against fraudulent activity, proactively identifying risks, escalating issues, and collaborating across teams to protect the integrity of our systems and fans.

What You’ll Do

Monitor and analyze withdrawals and account activity to identify and flag potentially fraudulent behavior

Take swift action to mitigate risk and financial loss

Use industry-leading tools and alerts to detect patterns of fraud

Handle high-risk escalations in partnership with Customer Support, RegOps, and VIP teams

Ensure full compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, KYC standards, and gaming laws

Serve as a frontline representative of Fanatics — responding to customer concerns via email, chat, and phone

Partner closely with support teams to resolve complex escalations with care and professionalism

 

What You Bring

2–4 years of experience in fraud detection, risk operations, or AML investigation

Strong understanding of gaming and payment processes, including sports betting and online casino

Analytical mindset and investigative curiosity — you're detail-obsessed and solution-oriented

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

High standards of trustworthiness, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information

Intermediate experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and other G Suite tools

Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude — you collaborate, share, and support

Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule that includes weekends

Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses across multiple jurisdictions
