Loss Mitigation Fraud Investigator

Texell Credit Union, named one of the BEST credit unions to work for in the NATION by the Credit Union Journal, is seeking a Loss Mitigation Fraud Investigator to work onsite at our Temple, TX headquarters.

Please note this is an onsite position at our Temple, TX headquarters office.

As a Loss Mitigation Fraud Investigator, you will:

• Serve as the point of contact for staff, law enforcement and members on fraud-related matters.
• Conduct investigations related to Bank Secrecy Act or fraud activity and take actions to mitigate loss to our members and the credit union.
• Review various fraud alerts to monitor customer account behavior, contacting customers when necessary, and changing customer product access to mitigate risk
• Identify and execute strategies to reduce the risk of fraud loss to Texell.
• Process subpoenas and account garnishments.
