Regional Loss Prevention Investigator

• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and security breaches, including interviews and surveillance reviews 
• Collaborate with store management and law enforcement to resolve cases and recover stolen assets 
• Develop and implement loss prevention strategies, including team member training on security, cash handling, and conflict avoidance 
• Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and identify risks 
• Maintain detailed reports on investigations, track incidents, and follow up on unresolved cases 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be considered in place of a degree  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail loss prevention 
• Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and software 
• Strong knowledge of investigative techniques and security protocols 
• High level of integrity and professionalism with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
